This week we are starting a new fairy tale, but today Year 6 had to use a range of clues to work out which story we are learning about. These were: gingerbread biscuits; some bread crumbs; a variety of vocabulary: lured, temptation, deception, captor, courage, abandonment, deception and trail; as well as a variety of sweets. Can you guess what the tale is?
Year 6 worked it out! However, the version we are studying is a dark and somewhat sinister one: Neil Gaiman's Hansel and Gretel. The children are excited to find out more!
