A history expert recently visited Year 6 pupils to deliver an engaging session on how crime and punishment have evolved over time. The children explored different historical periods, learning how justice was carried out in the past compared to today. The visit included a range of hands-on activities, where pupils handled replica artefacts, played with traditional toys, and even dressed up in historical costumes to better understand life in earlier eras. The interactive experience brought history to life, sparking curiosity and helping pupils gain a deeper understanding of how society and its laws have changed.
