Our Reception children enjoyed another lovely visit to our village library last week, with lots of time to share and enjoy books together.
The children loved sharing stories, looking through a wide range of books, and taking their time to choose one to bring back to school.
They continue to grow in confidence using the library system, proudly scanning their own books and taking responsibility for their choices.
Back at school, there is always lots of excitement as the children take pride in sharing one of their chosen books with their friends during story time.
Thank you to Trawden Forest Community Centre, Library and Shop for another warm and welcoming visit. These experiences are helping to build a real love of reading in our youngest learners.
