Music Showcase Summer 2026
This afternoon, the whole school became an audience for our Summer Music showcase. Children who have been learning acoustic guitars with Mr Waddington and woodwind instruments with Mrs Parker, had the opportunity to show off some of their musical talents and performed some pieces for us.
The children on acoustic guitars played a range of tunes from Eye of the Tiger, Seven Nation Army and 006 which was inspired by the James Bond Theme Tune. Mrs Parker's group of woodwind performers played pieces such as Three Blind Mice and The Grasshopper.
It was fantastic to listen to such wonderful pieces of music and we are all very proud of the hard work the children have put in over this last academic year. Well done and thank you for sharing your talents with us!
