What would life look like in 200 years?
This week in English, Year 5 have been looking into the future. Linked to our new genre of Sci-Fi, children were given an aspect of life and some time with their group to come up with a presentation. They talked about what they thought that aspect of life would look like in 200 years. Some children drew pictures, others described and some made PowerPoint slideshows.
We looked at clothes, jobs, buildings, nature, schools and transport. Year 5 were incredibly creative and imaginative and we had some fantastic ideas. From an adult planet and a children planet, to a UFO school bus, a coat that adapts to your body heat and endless food generators.
200 years time sounds incredible!
